حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ،
أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ قَالَا فِي الْإِيلَاءِ: إِذَا مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَهِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ، وَهِيَ أَمْلَكُ بِنَفْسِهَا
