حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، عَنِ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ الْقُرَشِيِّ، عَنْ تَوْبَةَ بْنِ نَمِرٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ [بْنِ عِمْرَانَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْمَلِكِ]
سَأَلَ قَبِيصَةَ، عَنِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ، يَتَوَارَثَانِ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، لِأَنَّهَا افْتَدَتْ بِمَالِهَا طَيِّبَةً بِهِ نَفْسُهَا
