حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَعَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا وَهُوَ مَرِيضٌ، ثُمَّ مَاتَ فِي الْعِدَّةِ؛ فَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا
