حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
الْخُلْعُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنٌ، وَمَا أُتْبِعَ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ فَإِنَّهُ يَلْحَقُهَا مَا كَانَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ
