حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ قَالَ:
اخْتَلَفَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَخْلَعُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يُطَلِّقُهَا قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: لَيْسَ طَلَاقُهُ بِشَيْءٍ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: مَا دَامَتْ فِي الْعِدَّةِ فَإِنَّ الطَّلَاقَ يَلْحَقُهَا
