حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
كُلُّ خُلْعٍ أُخِذَ عَلَيْهِ فِدَاءٌ فَهُوَ طَلَاقٌ، وَهُوَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنَةٌ
