حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَالَ قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ:
الْخُلْعُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ، إِنْ شَاءَتْ تَزَوَّجَتْهُ بِصَدَاقٍ جَدِيدٍ
