حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:
لَا تَكُونُ تَطْلِيقَةً بَائِنَةً إِلَّا فِي فِدْيَةٍ أَوْ إِيلَاءٍ
