حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
خَلَعَ جُمْهَانُ الْأَسْلَمِيُّ امْرَأَةً، ثُمَّ نَدِمَ وَنَدِمَتْ، فَأَتَوْا عُثْمَانَ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لَهُ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: هِيَ تَطْلِيقَةٌ، إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ سَمَّيْتَ شَيْئًا، فَهُوَ عَلَى مَا سَمَّيْتَ
