حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ، عَنْ قَوْلِ الْمَرْأَةِ لِزَوْجِهَا: لَا أَغْتَسِلُ لَكَ مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ وَلَا أَبَرُّ لَكَ قَسَمًا، وَلَا أُطِيعُ لَكَ أَمْرًا، قَالَ: لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ، يُمْسِكُهَا
