حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ:
فِي الْمَجُوسِيَّيْنِ إِذَا أَسْلَمَا فَهُمَا عَلَى نِكَاحِهِمَا، فَإِنْ [١]أَسْلَمَ أَحَدُهُمَا قَبْلَ صَاحِبِهِ [فَقَدِ] [٢]انْقَطَعَ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا مِنَ النِّكَاحِ
