حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
الْخُلْعُ تَطْلِيقَةٌ بَائِنٌ وَالْإِيلَاءُ وَالْمُبَارَأَةُ كَذَلِكَ.
