حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ عَنْ بُرْدٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِإِذْنِ مَوْلَاهُ فَطَلَاقُهُ بِيَدِ الْعَبْدِ، لَيْسَ لِلسَّيِّدِ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ عَنْهُ
