حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْمَكِّيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ وَالْقَاسِمِ وَعُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالُوا: قَالَ عُمَرُ:
إِنَّمَا الطَّلَاقُ بِيَدِ مَنْ يَحِلُّ لَهُ الْفَرْجُ
