حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا نُفَيْعٌ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَمْلُوكًا وَتَحْتَهُ حُرَّةٌ، فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، فَسَأَلَ عُثْمَانَ وَزَيْدًا فَقَالَا: طَلَاقُكَ طَلَاقُ عَبْدٍ، وَعِدَّتُهَا عِدَّةُ حُرَّةٍ
