حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْحُرَّةُ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَقَدْ بَانَتْ بِتَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ، وَعِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ، وَإِذَا [١]كَانَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ بِثَلَاثٍ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ
