حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ عَنْ سَيْفٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ فَطَلَاقُهَا ثِنْتَانِ وَعِدَّتُهَا حَيْضَتَانِ، وَإِذَا كَانَتِ الْحُرَّةُ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَطَلَاقُهَا ثَلَاثٌ وَعِدَّتُهَا ثَلَاثُ حِيَضٍ
