✧ Concerning the man who has two wives and forbids one of them from going out, but the one he did not forbid goes out, and he says, 'So-and-so went out'

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ فَخَرَجَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا قَالَ: مَنْ هَذِهِ ؟ قِيلَ: فُلَانَةُ، قَالَ: إِنَّهَا طَالِقٌ، وَكَانَتِ الَّتِي لَمْ يُسَمِّ [١]، قَالَ: قَدْ وَقَعَ الطَّلَاقُ عَلَيْهِمَا جَمِيعًا
