✧ Concerning the man who has two wives and forbids one of them from going out, but the one he did not forbid goes out, and he says, 'So-and-so went out'

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ: إِنْ خَرَجْتِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَاسْتَعَارَتِ امْرَأَةٌ ثِيَابَهَا فَلَبِسَتْهَا فَأَبْصَرَهَا زَوْجُهَا حِينَ خَرَجَتْ مِنَ الْبَابِ فَقَالَ: قَدْ فَعَلْتِ أَنْتِ [١]طَالِقٌ، قَالَ: يَقَعُ طَلَاقُهُ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ
