حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُكْرَهُ عَلَى أَمْرٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْعَتَاقِ أَوِ الطَّلَاقِ، قَالَ: إِذَا أَكْرَهَهُ السُّلْطَانُ جَازَ، وَإِذَا أَكْرَهَتْهُ [١]اللُّصُوصُ لَمْ يَجُزْ
