حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ، نَهَى إِحْدَاهُمَا عَنِ الْخُرُوجِ فَخَرَجَتِ الَّتِي لَمْ يَنْهَ [١]، فَظَنَّ أَنَّهَا الَّتِي نَهَاهَا أَنْ تَخْرُجَ فَقَالَ: فُلَانَةُ خَرَجْتِ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، قَالَ: تُطَلَّقُ الَّتِي أَرَادَ وَنَوَى
