حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَفَعَهُ، قَالَ:
لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ
