حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ
أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ سَأَلَ عَنْهَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فَقَالَ: لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَلَا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ
