حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ النِّيلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَأَشْهَدَ، ثُمَّ رَاجَعَهَا وَلَمْ يُشْهِدْ، قَالَ: لَمْ يَكُنْ يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ تَأَثُّمًا وَلَكِنْ كَانَ يَخَافُ أَنْ يَجْحَدَ
