حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ عَامِرٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُطَلِّقُ امْرَأَتَهُ ثُمَّ يُجَامِعُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُشْهِدَ عَلَى رَجْعَتِهَا [١]، قَالَ: كَيْفَ تَقُولُ يَا مُغِيرَةُ فِي رَجُلٍ فَعَلَ بِامْرَأَةِ قَوْمٍ لَيْسَ مِنْهَا بِسَبِيلٍ. ؟
