حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَابْنِ سِيرِينَ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
طَلَاقُ السُّنَّةِ فِي قُبُلِ الْعِدَّةِ، يُطَلِّقُهَا طَاهِرًا فِي غَيْرِ جِمَاعٍ، وَإِنْ كَانَ بِهَا حَمْلٌ طَلَّقَهَا مَتَى شَاءَ
