حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
الْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الصَّدَاقِ أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الرَّجُلِ الْمُخْرَجُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
