حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَعَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَا
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى عَاجِلٍ وَآجِلٍ [١]فَدَخَلَ بِهَا قَالَا: الْبَيِّنَةُ [٢]أَنَّهُ دَفَعَهُ إِلَيْهَا
