حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ
فِي رَجُلٍ أَقَرَّ لِامْرَأَتِهِ بِصَدَاقِهَا فِي مَرَضِهِ قَالَ: لَا يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ
