حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ عَنْ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ نَصْرَانِيَّةٌ فَأَسْلَمَتْ وَأَبَى زَوْجُهَا أَنْ يُسْلِمَ قَالَ: أَرَى أَنْ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَإِنْ كَانَ دَخَلَ بِهَا فَلَهَا الْمَهْرُ كَامِلًا وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ دَخَلَ بِهَا رَدَّتْ إِلَيْهِ مَا أَعْطَاهَا
