حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى عَاجِلٍ وَآجِلٍ، فَدَخَلَ بِهَا، فَادَّعَتْ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَبَرَّأْ إِلَيْهَا مِنَ الْعَاجِلِ، فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: الْمُخْرَجُ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْعَاجِلِ أَنَّهُ بَقِيَ عَلَيْهِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَدُخُولُهُ عَلَيْهَا بَرَاءَةٌ [٢]
