حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَرَادَ وَلِيُّ الْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا بِإِذْنِهَا مِنْ نَفْسِهِ وَلَّى أَمْرَهَا رَجُلًا ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَهَا بِشَهَادَةِ الْعُدُولِ
