حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَنْكَحَ [٢]أُخْتًا لَهُ بِوَاسِطٍ فَكَرِهَتْ ؟ قَالَ: هِيَ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا قُلْتُ: إِنَّهُ أَخُوهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا قَالَ: هِيَ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ أَبِيهَا إِذَا كَرِهَتْ
