حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يُكَاتِبُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَيَشْتَرِطُ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْمُكَاتَبَةِ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، لَهُ شَرْطُهُ وَلَهُ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا.
