حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنِ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ،
فِي رَجُلٍ وَطِئَ مُكَاتَبَتَهُ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا فَعَلَيْهِ الْعُقْرُ وَالْحَدُّ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَعَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ عُقْرٌ [١]
