حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ تُحِلُّ وَلِيدَتَهَا لِابْنِهَا ؟ قَالَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ إِلَّا بِنِكَاحٍ، أَوْ بِهِبَةٍ [١]، أَوْ بِشِرَاءٍ
