حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تُزَوَّجُ وَلَهَا زَوْجٌ، قَالَ: إِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ، وَهُوَ يَشُكُّ فِيهِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ، وَإِنْ جَاءَتْ بِهِ وَهُوَ لَا يَشُكُّ فِيهِ فَهُوَ لِلْآخَرِ
