حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ [١]أَمَتَهُ عَلَى مَهْرٍ مُسَمًّى، ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا زَوْجُهَا، فَتُخَيَّرُ فَتَخْتَارُ نَفْسَهَا قَالَ: يَبْطُلُ النِّكَاحُ، وَيُرَدُّ عَلَى الزَّوْجِ مَهْرُهُ.
