حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ وَمِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
أَنَّ أَمَةً أُعْتِقَتْ فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْخَلَ بِهَا قَالَ: لَا شَيْءَ لَهَا، لَا يُجْمَعُ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرٌ يَذْهَبُ بِنَفْسِهَا وَمَالِهِ.
