✧ Regarding the woman whose husband dies and she gives birth shortly after his death; whoever said she has become lawful

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ أَوْ تُوُفِّيَ عَنْهَا فَإِنَّ أَجَلَهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا
