حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ قَالَا:
﴿الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ﴾هُوَ الْوَلِيُّ،
