حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ:
الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ هُوَ الزَّوْجُ، ﴿إِلا أَنْ يَعْفُونَ ﴾: تَرُدُّ الْمَرْأَةُ شَطْرَهَا ﴿أَوْ يَعْفُوَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ ﴾إِتْمَامُ الزَّوْجِ الصَّدَاقَ كُلَّهُ
