[حَدَّثَنَا] مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
أُحِلَّ النِّسَاءُ لِلزَّانِي: الزَّانِيَةُ قَالَ: وَسَأَلْتُ الْحَسَنَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّا لَا نُفْتِي فِي الْمَسْتُورِ وَلَكِنِ الْمَحْدُودُ لَا يَتَزَوَّجْ إِلَّا مَحْدُودَةً
