✧ Whoever disliked for a slave to marry without his master's permission and said: if he marries, he is an adulterer

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ غُنَيْمَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، قُلْتُ: الْعَبْدُ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ، أَزَانٍ هُوَ ؟ قَالَ: قَدْ عَصَى، قُلْتُ: أَزَانٍ هُوَ ؟ قَالَ: قَدْ عَصَى.
