✧ Regarding a Man Who Marries a Woman and Stipulates Upon Her What Was Apportioned for You by Night or Day

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ، فَيَشْتَرِطُ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ لَا يَأْتِيَهَا [إِلا ] [١]كَذَا وَكَذَا وَلَا يُنْفِقَ عَلَيْهَا إِلَّا شَيْئًا مَعْلُومًا، قَالَ: إِنَّمَا الصُّلْحُ الَّذِي أَمَرَ اللهُ بِهِ بَعْدَ الدُّخُولِ، فَكَانَ [٢]يَكْرَهُهُ
