حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَالْحَسَنِ قَالَا:
أَجَّلَهُ عُمَرُ سَنَةً، فَإِنْ وَصَلَ، وَإِلَّا فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ
