حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الرَّجُلُ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ ثُمَّ لَا يَرَاهَا وَلَا يُجَامِعُهَا حَتَّى يُطَلِّقَهَا أَيَتَزَوَّجُ [١]أُمَّهَا ؟ قَالَ: لَا هِيَ مُرْسَلَةٌ
