✧ A man marries a woman then divorces her before consummating with her: may he marry her mother

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: " أَخْبَرَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي ﴿وَأُمَّهَاتُ [١]نِسَائِكُمْ وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللَّاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُمْ ﴾أُرِيدَ بِهِمَا: [الدُّخُولُ جَمِيعًا] [٢]
