✧ Regarding a man who owns the marriage tie of a woman: is she lawful for his father if he did not consummate with her

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَمُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا:
ثَلَاثُ آيَاتٍ مُبْهَمَاتٌ ﴿وَحَلائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ ﴾، وَ ﴿مَا نَكَحَ آبَاؤُكُمْ ﴾، [١]﴿وَأُمَّهَاتُ نِسَائِكُمْ ﴾قَالَ أَشْعَثُ [٢]: وَهَذِهِ [الْآيَةُ ] [٣]الرَّابِعَةُ لَيْسَتْ بِمُبْهَمَةٍ: ﴿وَرَبَائِبُكُمُ اللاتِي فِي حُجُورِكُمْ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمُ ﴾، فَقَرَأَهَا مُعَاذٌ إِلَى آخِرِهَا
