✧ Regarding a man who owns the marriage tie of a woman: is she lawful for his father if he did not consummate with her

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَطَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، أَيَتَزَوَّجُهَا أَبُوهُ ؟ فَكَرِهَهُ، وَقَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: ﴿وَحَلائِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ ﴾
